Welcome to Sunny Sequim Washington on the Olympic Peninsula

Sequim, Washington has the blue sky and outdoor feel you’d expect of a Pacific Northwest small town, but it packs a lot of surprises too. While known throughout the region for sunny skies and fields of lavender, the area’s culture is also expanding with great restaurants and pubs, events, and fabulous area attractions. As for Sequim’s famous blue hole, the patch of sun formed by the Olympic Mountain rain shadow, it’s real. When you drive through (or fly over) the misty Olympic Peninsula, and cross into the Sequim Valley, blue skies appear. Here, up in the rainy corner of cloudy Washington state, our charming town enjoys more blue skies and less annual rainfall than San Francisco. Come join us, and experience all the area and our sunshine has to offer.
