Pilot Brief from 6:15 AM in the large hangar

Pilots released at 6:30 AM to fly

 

Optional Evening Flights

Pilots, Crew, and Riders show up at 6 PM

Pilot Discretion on PM Flights

Bee Balloon Team and Crew to arrive at 7 PM

Bee Balloon Standup  at 7:45 PM

Bee Balloon Singer Presentation 8-8:30 PM

Bee Balloon Take down by 8:30 PM

Refueling at Grant Field Designated area

 

Saturday, Sept 1 and Sunday, Sept 2

Pilot and Crew arrive and Meet at 8 PM

Balloon Setup to begin at 8:30 PM

Balloon Inflation/standup to begin at 9 PM

End Glow at 9:30 PM

Refuel to follow at Grant Field Designated Area
